What to Expect When Working With Us
_edited_edited_edited.png)
We want you to have a clear understanding of our process so there are no surprises.
Once you reach out to discuss your project, we'll schedule a site visit at a mutually convenient time. Here's what typically happens next:

1.
Site Visit
A trained member of our field team will visit the property to collect field data and document your issue. They will take detailed measurements and high-quality, geotagged photos from precise angles that Jay has predetermined for your specific type of project. If the Field Technician discovers something unexpected in the field, they will communicate directly with Jay to determine if additional data collection is required.

2.
Engineering Analysis
Jay reviews all field data back at the office. He performs the necessary engineering calculations and analysis to properly evaluate the issue. This work requires focused time in the office.

3.
Results & Communication
Once the analysis is complete, Jay will provide his findings. Depending on your needs, this may be a simple email summary or a formal structural report with recommendations.
